President Trump and first lady Melania Trump promised support to the victims after touring the damage yesterday.

It’s been a week since the deadly flash floods hit central Texas and so far at least 121 people have been confirmed dead.

As of the morning of July 12, the death toll had risen to at least 129, with authorities in Kerr and Travis counties reporting more bodies recovered.

President Donald Trump toured the devastation left by flash flooding in central Texas amid growing questions about how local officials responded to the crisis as well as questions about the federal response -- including the fate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency -- that he has so far avoided.

The president is expected to do an aerial tour of some of the hard-hit areas.

More than $30 million raised by the Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country is now being distributed to help Kerr County families, local groups, and first responders affected by the devastating floods.

In response to the catastrophic flooding that devastated parts of the Texas Hill Country over the 4th of July weekend, one of Los Angeles’ oldest deli’s, Langer's Deli, is stepping up to the plate.

“It was incredible,” Joe Condit said. “In five minutes…we raised over 200 hot meals through Matt’s El Rancho and the original Black’s Barbecue.”
