KALAMAZOO, MI — Spring Valley Drive is closed and the lake is being temporarily lowered for a dam maintenance project, city officials said. The work will go from Thursday, July 17, through July 31, the city of Kalamazoo said. Spring Valley Drive loops around the lake at Kalamazoo’s Spring Valley Park.
