Morgan Rogers has signed a new contract at Aston Villa that runs until 2030. The Athletic reported last month that the 22-year-old was in talks to sign a Villa contract extension, with the club keen to bring his salary in line with team-mates and to reflect his standing as a key part of Unai Emery’s side.

Aston Villa attacking midfielder Morgan Rogers has signed a new contract to extend his stay at Villa Park until 2030. The 22-year-old joined the club on deadline day in February 2024 from Championship side Middlesbrough, and has gone on to make 31 appearances in all competitions under Unai Emery.

Rogers has enjoyed a meteoric rise following his move from Middlesbrough in January, making his England debut against Greece last week.
