India's aircraft accident investigation body said on Thursday it was too early to reach any "definite conclusions" on what led to the deadly Air India Boeing plane crash last month that killed 260 people.
Fuel to the engines was shut off shortly after takeoff, causing Air India Flight 171 to crash, killing 241 of 242 on board and 19 people on the ground.
The CEO of Air India sought to draw a line under rife speculation around the cause of last month's air disaster in Ahmedebad, saying the preliminary investigation had ruled out a mechanical cause for the crash.
