BEIJING, July 20 (Reuters) - Hong Kong issued its highest storm warning on Sunday as Typhoon Wipha, packing winds of more than 167 kilometres (103 miles) per hour, brought heavy rain and wind across the territory, forcing the cancellation of more than 200 flights.

Hong Kong issued its third-highest tropical cyclone warning in the early hours of Sunday as Typhoon Wipha drew nearer, with authorities cancelling classes and grounding hundreds of flights.Hong Kong's Airport Authority asked travellers to prepare for "significant flight cancellations or delays" and said that no passenger flights are expected to depart the city before Sunday noon.
