Flooding continues in Texas on Monday, July 14, as severe flood warnings have been issued for those near the Frio River at Concan. Uvalde County officials are urging people to seek higher ground as major flooding is forecasted this afternoon, with water levels expected to rise rapidly.

Earlier Monday, the National Weather Service (NWS) for San Antonio warned that a "dangerous situation is occurring" in areas of Texas.
