“Smurfs,” directed by Chris Miller and based on the popular 1960s cartoon, follows Smurfette, voiced by Rihanna, as she leads the Smurfs in rescuing Papa Smurf from the evil wizards Razamel and Gargamel. The film hits theaters Friday.
