Pfc. Justin Ryder Simmons, 19, was arrested June 16 at Camp Pendleton, California. He was extradited to his home state of Colorado later that month where he was booked into a county jail on a $25,000 bond and then subsequently released.

A U.S. Marine arrested in California was recently extradited to Colorado, where he's now charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of children. He has since bonded out of jail, and investigators believe there are more victims.
