The twists and turns in U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff policies have not only rattled global financial markets but have also taken investors on a roller-coaster ride. President Donald Trump will send out letters to more than a dozen countries warning them of the upcoming trade deal deadline.

The president has published just 22 letters, many to minor trading partners like Brunei, Moldova and Sri Lanka.
