The Boston Celtics announced the acquisition of guard Anfernee Simons on Monday when the Jrue Holiday trade with the Portland Trail Blazers became official. The final trade ended up being a one-for-one swap of Simons for Holiday — a move that saved the Celtics some money in their mission to get under the second apron of the luxury tax.

Al Horford is widely expected to sign with the Golden State Warriors this summer, assuming he doesn't decide to call time on his career.
