Brian Matthew Faughan, U.S. vice consul in Monterrey, has died in Mexico, officials in the country said. Faughan, 41, died in a car accident on Wednesday, July 9. His death was confirmed by the Attorney General's Office of the State of Coahuila, ABC News Mexico reported.
