Despite reports that a state judge in New York has put the brakes on Donald Trump’s sentencing in the hush-money case, court records show the sentencing as of now is still scheduled for Nov. 26.

Judge Juan Merchan is still considering how to proceed with sentencing given that Trump is now the president-elect and is preparing to take office in January.
