Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. and Juniper Networks Inc. representatives met with Justice Department antitrust enforcers last week in a final effort to persuade the agency not to challenge their proposed $14 billion deal,

Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR) shares are seesawing on Monday as investors await a decision from the Dept. of Justice on its planned $14 billion sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).  Juniper shares fell 5% on Friday after a report the DOJ is expected to decide this week if it will move to challenge or approve the transaction.
