Despite the gut-wrenching loss to the Green Bay Packers this past Sunday, quarterback Caleb Williams was the biggest positive for the Chicago Bears. In what has been an up-and-down season, combined with a change in offensive coordinator just nine games into his rookie year, Williams flashed signs of great potential against the Packers.

CHICAGO - The Chicago Bears had their hearts broken by the Green Bay Packers in what seems like an annual occurrence. A blocked field goal preserved a 20-19 win for the Packers, dropping the Bears to 4-6.

Usually, the quarterback of the losing team won’t feel like much of a winner, but he was the one winner for this Bears team in the loss. It isn’t his fault that his head coach, Matt Eberflus, wasted double-digit seconds to force a 46-yard field goal attempt instead of trying to get closer.
