Another week, another one-score loss for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. The team showed signs of improvement offensively under new offensive coordinator Dana Holgorsen. But his less than two weeks on the job showed, and the Huskers fell to the USC Trojans 28-20.

Maiava, in his first start at USC, threw a pick-six to Nebraska corner and former Trojan Ceyair Wright. Maiava did some good things on Saturday. There are some plays he’ll want back, too, like the interception and a third-quarter fumble.
