Taylor Swift hit the stage in Toronto for her first show Thursday night, and the first Eras Tour stop in Canada, greeting a sold-out crowd in a signature glittery bodysuit as Swifties rejoiced with both cheers and tears.

Last Friday, I was one of 50,000 lucky fans to attend night two of Taylor Swift’s six-night Eras Tour stop at the Rogers Centre. Along with my die-hard Swiftie friend, I got to experience the cultural phenomenon that has been taking over the city (and the world) first-hand—and it lived up to the hype.

Chow was certainly dressed for the occasion as she donned a sparkly purple dress paired with cowboy boots. She enjoyed the event with her stepson Mike Layton, his wife Brett Tyron, and Chow's two grandkids, Phoebe and Chloe.
