A man killed near the Mississippi River in Minneapolis was a 19-year-old from St. Paul, the medical examiner’s office said Monday. Darnell Hawkins Mapp was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the area of North Mississippi Drive and North Lyndale Ave after officers responded to a shooting report about 3:10 a.m. Sunday.
