The pilot of a skydiving plane lost power and attempted to glide onto a runway shortly before crashing into trees two weeks ago near the Cross Keys Airport in Gloucester County, federal officials said Thursday. The single-engine Cessna 208B, which had 15 people onboard, went down around 5:30 p.m. on July 2 in Williamstown.
